Chris George has been passionate about photography since he joined the camera club at Wetherby High School in Yorkshire in 1969.

Having started his working life as a trainee at Trevor Yorke's photographic studio in Olney, Buckinghamshire and then on regional newspapers in the UK before moving into the commercial sector, Chris spent some time as a wedding, portrait and industrial / commercial photographer before joining the Guernsey Press, where he stayed for nearly fifteen years. For the last four years he was picture editor on 24SE7EN Magazine and now works as a freelance photographer for Coast Media based in St Sampson's, Guernsey.

Chris’s unique ability to capture an image, and draw an audience in, makes his work stand out and he is at his happiest when looking at the world through a lens.

Whether you require coverage of an event; scenic, commercial or staged shots, Chris brings his originality and unique ability to each assignment.
